At FIERCE by OTRO, every piece is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or offer Try & Buy services.
In Case of Damage or Incorrect Delivery
We take quality control very seriously. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it after verification.
To initiate this process, please note the following:
- An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for an exchange.
- The video must begin before opening the parcel, clearly show the unsealing of the package, and continue until the product is fully inspected.
- Any visible defect, damage, or wrong item must be clearly shown in the same continuous video.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost.
Exchange Procedure
- To request an exchange, please email us at office@otrodiamonds.com with the unboxing video attached.
- Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse within 24 hours.
- The shipping cost for sending the item back will be borne by the customer.
- After inspection and approval, a replacement piece will be dispatched.
Please note:
- Items returned without prior approval or without the unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or wrongly delivered products - not for size, design, or personal preference.

- Please review product dimensions, material details, and videos (available on our website or official Instagram handle) before placing your order.
